The Hall 
The hall accommodates 180 people with ‘tierstack’ seating or 160 seated at tables. It has a large stage with access by wheelchair lift if necessary. A microphone and speakers are also available by arrangement. With the stage doors closed, the hall and stage become separate meeting rooms. A kitchen servery window opens into the hall. Hall floor dimensions are approximately 17m x 14m and stage 8.3m x 8.4m.
 
The Stage (as a separate room)
With the doors closed the stage becomes a meeting room seating 25, ideal for either a group requiring two adjacent meeting areas or for a separate booking. There is access to a disabled toilet and a wheelchair lift. Room dimensions are approximately 8.3m x 8.4m.
The Hartwell Room
The Hartwell Room comfortably seats 36 people in rows or at tables. No food or drink can be taken into this carpeted room. Room dimensions are approximately 9m x 8m.
 
The Glen Iris Room
The Glen Iris Room comfortably seats 16 people. No food or drink can be taken into this carpeted room. Room dimensions are approximately 5m x 8m.
The Fig Tree Lounge
The Fig Tree Lounge seats 36 people in café style. A kitchen servery window opens into this area. An enclosed deck with a BBQ can be accessed from the Fig tree Lounge. Room dimensions are approximately 6.5m x 7m.
 
The Summerhill Room
The Summerhill Room is suitable for a meeting of eight or less people. It has tea and coffee making facilities. Room dimensions are approximately 3.5m x 6m.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has servery windows to both the hall and the Fig Tree Lounge. With two sinks, two stovetops, two ovens, a microwave oven and plenty of bench space, it is suitable for light food preparation occasions. A refrigerator can be made available on request. There is a domestic dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and glassware may be available on request.
